[tests] Disable testelectrodynamic when dune-localfunctions is at 2.6.0

A mismerge during backporting slipped past when releasing dune-localfunctions 2.6.0, causing some problems with the FiniteElementSwitch. Those problems make this test fail to compile. As we can't do anything about it, disable the test for now.
