This project provides a C++ library for solving neuroscience problems with DUNE.

Bindings to python and matlab, we well as example applications can be found in the duneuro-py and duneuro-matlab projects.

Examples on how to use the C++ interface directly can be found in the test folder

DUNE-FEM-DG is the implementation of Discontinuous Galerkin schemes using the DUNE-FEM framework.

The dune-fem discretization module provides infrastructure for solving partial differential equations with continuous and discontinuous finite element or finite volume methods. More information is found in the tutorial.
