The majority of developers favor individual headers for (emulation of) C++11
features over collecting them in a single header cxx11.hh. This patch
renames cxx11.hh to constexpr.hh and moves it into the subdirectory std.
This is the place most developers would like these headers in (see
http://users.dune-project.org/doodles/4).

Create makefiles below cmake directory.

DUNE_CHECK_ALL_M is deprecated. All functionality is covered
by DUNE_CHECK_ALL except two macros:
* DUNE_SYMLINK which should be called _if_ you have to do
	the symlink trick. It is not necessary for a module to
	provide this link. Actually it would be cleaner if you adjust
	your directory structure to module/dune/foo
* DUNE_AUTOBUILD_FLAGS which adds configure flags
	needed to create log files for dune-autobuild. Thus it is
	only needed if this module should be used in the
	dune-autobuild setup.
